In the Spirit of Giving

'Tis the season to give!

In the spirit of the giving season, Northumberland 89.7 FM has generously agreed to "Dress a Player" for two of our Northumberland Nighthawks.  They are looking for any player, 12years of age and younger, whose family may be struggling with the affordability of hockey equipment.

Two selected players will be outfitted with all required equipment at Sommervilles in Cobourg.  In addition to receiving the necessary hockey equipment, the NMHA is going to cover next years registration cost for these individuals as well.

We invite you to nominate a player that you feel will benefit from the generous donation of hockey equipment and registration.

Our community is outstanding at supporting each other, and we also are very well versed in being compassionate and inclusive.  Please be mindful of the players around you, and let us know if you are aware of a family that would benefit from this assistance.

If your own family is finding difficulty with the cost of hockey equipment, please let us know, and put your players name forward for consideration.

To nominate a player, please click here.
