Coaches are happy to discuss your players tryout evaluation and provide any feedback with respect to their strengths and weaknesses with recommendations for how they can work to improve to come back stronger next season.
Please note that player evaluations are confidential and the coach is not required to provide copies of the evaluations to parents.
The coach is not permitted to discuss the evaluation of other players or provide comparisons/explanations as to why one player was selected over another.
The NMHA Executive will NOT meet or entertain any parent complaints with respect to the player evaluation and selection process.
