Organization - Covid Vaccination Policy
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Tue 11 02, 21
On Friday September 3, 2021, the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) announced they will be mandating that all eligible participants involved in minor hockey are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season.

The Northumberland Minor Hockey Association is a member of the OMHA and must comply with their policies when operating our hockey programs.

All NMHA participants (born 2009 and earlier) must be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021. Your second dose must be completed by October 17th to allow the fourteen (14) days and be considered fully vaccinated.

We would like to thank the Volunteers who have taken the time to ensure compliance with this policy, as well as all of the families who have made our jobs easier by bringing the required documentation.

For anyone who was absent during our Vaccination Checks, please be sure to bring your information this evening to your House League games/practices otherwise you will NOT be permitted to participate until that requirement is met.

Many thanks for your continued support and cooperation.

Michelle Brown
NMHA President
