Organization - Thanking our Volunteers!
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Saturday, February 22, 2020
February 22nd - March 1st is the OMHA's Annual Thank A Volunteer Week!

Our Minor Hockey Association would not be possible if it were not for the countless hours that our amazing and dedicated group of volunteers generously give to us.

We are so very thankful and appreciative that we have so many awesome people who are willing to share their time and talents with us to provide such a top notch opportunity for all of our players.

Impressive Facts:
  • More than 30,000 people volunteer within the OMHA
  • Contributions of time include coaches, trainers, managers, time keepers, fundraisers and administrators, with 13,500 coaches leading the way by percentage
  • Ratio of volunteers to players is 1:3
  • Total number of training modules/courses completed by volunteers: 22,250

"Take a minute, for those who give hours"

Please submit your Thank A Volunteer Story so that we can show them how much they are appreciated!
