U14-16 PTS forms are now available
OMHA has released the Permission to skate (PTS) forms for the U14, U15 and U16 AAA tryouts this Spring (beginning April 25).

If you interested in obtaining a PTS form for your child (2009, 2008 or 2007 ages), then please email Jen Barlow, OMHA Centre Contact.
