Thank you 2004 NMHA players, coaches and families
Submitted By Shannon Drumm on Sat 03 26, 22
Our 2004 AA and AE Nighthawks and families received a little extra attention and recognition this week as they played their final games on home ice in a Nighthawks jersey.

Hard to believe that these 15 boys started hockey 14 years ago.  It is most certainly a bittersweet moment realizing that the days of rushing meals, packing the hockey bag, taping sticks and making sure nothing is forgotten before heading out to the arena are coming to end shortly.

It's a way of life for everyone that loves the game of hockey and will do anything to support our talented minor hockey players.

The NMHA would like to send our sincere thank you to the dedicated coaches and parents of these players and teams.  Your efforts do not go unnoticed and I am sure the boys are forever grateful for your help along the way and throughout their 14 years of playing minor hockey.

I can say there were a few tears from the dedicated hockey moms and dads as the boys received their flowers and took a few photos with their families and teams on Monday at Jack Burger and Friday  at the CCC on the Bowl.

We wish both the U18AA and U18AE teams much more success as they carry on with their OMHA playoffs this weekend.

GO NIGHTHAWKS🖤💙🤍🏒🥅
