Have your Say - Coaching Feedback for 2021/22 Season

As we begin Coaching interviews for the 2022/23 season, the NMHA would like to invite parents to give their feedback about your child(s) hockey coaches for the 2021/22 season. 

All members are invited to fill out the Coaching Feedback form.

Deadline to submit your comments is Friday Feb 11 @ 11:30 pm.


We value the dedication of all our Nighthawks coaches and bench staff.  Please tell us more about how great your child's coach was this season or offer some constructive suggestions for the Coaching committee. 

All info received in these form will remain confidential with the VP of Rep.
