Proof of Vaccination and ID required for everyone 12 + at all Facilities
Anyone 12 years of age and older participating in organized sports or spectating at a recreational facility will need to show their ID and proof of their double vaccination, each time they enter an arena or community centre (Home or Away). This includes ALL members of the coaching staff.
-Examples of ID can be a valid health card, valid passport, and birth certificate (photocopies or pictures on a phone are acceptable)-a printed copy of the QR code is acceptable (as well as the downloaded version on a phone)
-Recommended if you have all of the info on a phone, that you also keep a paper copy of the requested info as a back-up-if you do not have both your ID and proof of vaccination you will not be allowed in. It doesn’t matter if you are here for a practice, game, competition, etc., absolutely no exceptions!
