NMHA Programming
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Sun 12 19, 21
The NMHA is closely monitoring all information regarding COVID and the best steps for us to follow.

Our players and families safety is most important, and you can trust that we are balancing all decisions in your best interest.

Fortunately, the NMHA does not have any teams with Covid restrictions at this time.

Other associations in the Lakeshore League have had to make adjustments to their programming to address their situations.  Some have paused their hockey programs all together, others are pausing team by team.

These pauses in play will impact our Rep and Select team schedules.  Please be sure to communicate with your coaches and team managers for any cancellations.

At this point, we want to emphasize the importance of remaining diligent with mask wearing, hand washing and staying socially distanced when possible.  Self screening before attending any team activity is mandatory and we continue to ask everyone to stay home if they are feeling unwell.

The CCC will be limiting their spectator capacity to 50% and will NOT be allowing food or drink to be brought in or purchased. *Players will still be permitted to have water on the bench.  Seating will not be available in the lobby and anyone not wearing masks will be asked to leave the facility.

We will update all changes at Jack Burger ASAP.

We hope that this news is well received in your homes. Continuing to provide a safe place for your players to keep playing hockey for as long as possible is our objective.  With the help of our facilities, and your families,we can do that!

If you are not comfortable participating in hockey at this time, please know that we understand that these decisions are personal and we support them.

Wishing you all continued health.

NMHA President
