The 2021-22 Season has officially begun...
Submitted By Shannon Drumm on Sun 10 17, 21
Our first official weekend of the 2021-22 season has begun!!

Our AA, AE and HL teams all had ice times this weekend, whether it was an Early Bird Tournament, an away game,  home game or just a practice - our Nighthawks all spent and hour or more on the ice this weekend to kick off 2021-22 NMHA hockey season!

Gosh, it sure feels good to be back!  (I certainly heard this many times over the weekend).

Couple of thank you's that really need special mention:
1. NMHA Executive - there were countless hours spent behind the scenes prior to the start of the 2021-22 season - there have been endless emails, texts back and forth, phone calls, zoom calls, and in person meetings to ensure that we were prepared for this season to begin and moving forward.  Thank you to our President Michelle Brown and all the Executive Members for going above and beyond over the last few months to get this season off the ground.

2. Sommerville's Sporting Goods - Thank you to Dave Sommerville and his staff for working tirelessly to outfit our players and coaches for the 2021-22 season with such a short turnaround.  Sommerville's has offered alternatives for the CCM Track Suits after finding inventory issues with our blue suits.  Sommerville's is constantly looking out for the needs of the NMHA and our Nighthawks players/coaching staffs.  We certainly appreciate all of their efforts and long hours at the store outfitting the NMHA.

3. Coaches, Trainers & Managers - Thank you for your dedication to the sport, your respective team. Our children are indebted to all of you for your continued patience and willingness to care and motivate our players. Thank you for inspiring them all to work hard.

4. And last but certainly not least, thank you to all our members.  You are all a valued part of our organization and we appreciate your continued support.

Have a great season.  Let's GO NIGHTHAWKS!! 💙🖤🤍🥅🏒
