NEW SCREENING PROCESS AT JACK BURGER STARTING MON OCT 4/21***
The attached POSTER with the QR Code will record the person/persons/families coming into the facility, their phone number and ask them the covid screening questions. This poster will be posted around Jack Burger Sports Complex for all to use.
Once completing the covid screening questions you will receive a Green check mark, you can then show this when entering the Jack Burger Sports Complex, with your ID and Vaccine receipt.
Personal info supplied through the QR code will be kept in a secure data base for 30 days. After 30 days the information will be deleted from the system.
With this new QR screening, Spectators will no longer be required to sign in before heading into the arena.
