CCC and Jack Burger Spectating during pre-tryouts
Submitted By Shannon Drumm on Mon 09 06, 21
As we begin the Pre-Tryout ice times tomorrow evening - this post is a reminder of the sign in or pre-registering process to spectate as your child gets ready for tryouts with the NMHA.

CCC - all spectators must pre-register by clicking this link , if you are a new to the area you will need to create an account.

- Masks must be worn at all times (properly) from the meet area until each individual leaves the facility (except for players/coaches when wearing a helmet during scheduled ice time)

-Please enter the doors for the ice surface your child is scheduled to skate on - Pond ice (use the doors on D'arcy St and if on the Bowl Ice (use the Main Doors on the east side of the building)
-Coaches/players can head into the facility 20 min prior to scheduled ice time.  Players will have 15 min to get fully dressed and onto the ice.  If your child needs help with tying skates one parent/child is permitted to help with this and then proceed to the stands but you must still pre-register to get into the arena.

Jack Burger - there is no online pre-registration at this time for spectators.  There will be a manual screen check at the doors going into the arena as you arrive in the building.

-Accompanying adults must depart the arena at Centre Ice and go out the South/Referee Doors  Adults in the stands are to wait until players leaving the ice surface have cleared the hallway before entering the area.  No one is to stand and visit in the hallway, please exit the South/Referee doors and head outside immediately.

-Players/Coaches must have a mask on from the time they meet out front until each individual leaves the facility (Only exception is when helmets are on).

-Coaches and players will go into the arena/dressing room as a team (15 min prior to scheduled ice time) and leave as a team (no individual is to enter or leave on their own)
-One parent per skater is permitted to help with skate tying.  Once the child is ready to go on the ice, please proceed to seating area.

-Coaches are responsible to keep the players in their dressing room until the ice time starts and follow the proper flow of the dressing room hall. All players are to enter the ice at the doors under the score clock. When ice time is done, players are to leave the ice as a team at the centre ice doors.
-Coaches are responsible to keep the kids in the room until 5 minutes after the next ice group starts, to ensure time to undress and no cross over in the hall
- Each team will leave the JB arena at Centre ice area and exit out the Referee Doors.
