Attention Volunteers - Police Checks Clinics next week
Submitted By Shannon Drumm on Tue 08 17, 21
It’s time to start getting those police checks done for the 2021/22 season!!

All volunteers within the organization must have a vulnerable sector police check completed. Coaches, all bench staff, on ice helpers, all helpers, manager, etc.  All must have one completed before hitting the ice.

Police checks must be completed at the station in the Town/ Municipality of which you live.

We are putting on 2 clinics to help make it easier for you:
Clinic #1: PORT HOPE - Monday August 23/21 5pm- 7pm @ Jack Burger Sports Complex Community Room
Clinic #2:COBOURG - Wednesday August 25/21 5pm-7pm @ CCC- Enter the gym doors from the outside at the North East corner

Enter the gym doors from the outside at the North East corner

***Please bring 2 pieces of ID that are government issued.  One piece of ID needs include a photo for verification purposes****

If you have any questions, Please contact Risk Management

Reminder that a police check is done every 3rd year and a declaration is completed for the 2 years. If there is a gap where you have done neither, then you must start with a police check again.
