We invite all of you to attend this years AGM to discuss the 2019/2020 season, review our financial reports, vote on By Law amendments and to elect your new Executive.

AGM RSVP. This will allow us time to prepare the area safely in advance of your arrival.
AGM details: Wednesday, October 7th, 6pm, CCC.
*You will be required to bring/wear a mask.
*The washrooms will not be available for use in the building.
*The agenda, minutes and financial reports will be posted online 24hrs in advance. (Please review and print a copy if you wish. We will not be handing our paper copies)
