AGM Timeline
In accordance with Provincial legislation, the NMHA has made the decision to postpone our AGM, which was set to be held May 20th, 2020.
As we sit under a Provincial Emergency Order, we have been granted the flexibility under the Ontario Corporations Act to host our AGM up to 90 days after the Emergency Order is terminated by the Ontario government.
The NMHA is supportive of this temporary measure and will reschedule our AGM as soon as we are in a position to do so.
