Cougars Hometown Hockey Night
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Thu 12 05, 19
During Rogers Hometown Hockey, on January 4th, 2020, the Cobourg Cougars will be hosting their own "Hometown Hockey Night" as they take on the Trenton Golden Hawks at 7 pm.

It will include a puck drop with Tara Slone, the game will be featured during the second intermission of Hockey Night in Canada, and there will be an autograph session with the Cobourg Cougars at the end of the game.

This is an amazing chance for our Nighthawks and families to pack the CCC and show everyone what our community is all about.

The Cougars will generously donate $2 from each ticket sold to be split between the Bradimore family and the Grace Bowen Tribute Fund.

In an effort to get as many minor hockey teams and groups at the game, the Cougars are launching a Minor Hockey Ticket Contest.

The minor hockey team that sells the most tickets, will win a Rogers Hometown Hockey VIP Package for 25 people.

The VIP Package Includes:·
Mobile Studio Tour (where Ron MacLean and Tara Slone broadcast from)·
NHL Alumni Meet & Greet ·
Hometown Hockey Swag

This is going to be an exciting weekend in Cobourg and especially for all of our Northumberland Nighthawks.

All of your Team Managers/ Convenors/ Coaches will have the information details, so be sure to reach out to them to help coordinate a group effort!  We would love to see one of our teams take home the big prize!
