Christmas Letters for our Armed Forces

So many of our Northumberland Nighthawks are all embracing the thoughtfulness and kindness of the holiday season.

Our Atom AE team has gotten together and participated in a very touching and amazing initiative that we want to share with all you and welcome you to participate.

This group of awesome hockey players, along with their families, sat down to write personalized Christmas cards for our Canadian Armed Forces.


These Christmas Cards and letters that our players made, will make their way to military personnel who may be away and missing their own families and loved ones over the holidays.

We encourage you to consider sending a kind message to our men and women whom are overseas this holiday. Perhaps you can organize a team writing session,  sit down with your family and fill out some cards, or even write a few on your own.

This is such a great way to recognize, thank and let our Armed Forces members know that all Canadians are thinking about them, especially at this time of year, and I know that receiving letters from children across Canada will most definitely help to brighten their day!
