Justin Williams AE Tournament
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Tue 09 10, 19
This past Sunday, we concluded our Annual Justin Williams AE Tournament.

From Friday to Sunday, we filled the CCC and The Jack Burger arenas with visiting teams from all over Ontario.

Our AE Nighthawk teams hosted their visitors with class and sportsmanship all weekend long and made our organization very proud.

Sunday proved to be a very exciting time, with four of our hometown Nighthawk squads battling all of the way to the finals.  Competition proved to be tough as our Nighthawks each were crowned the finalists.

Lets thank all of the teams for participating in our Annual Justin Williams Tournament and congratulate the following teams on their Tournament Victory!

Minor Atom AE - Whitby Wildcats
Atom AE - Newcastle Stars
Minor Peewee AE - Oshawa Generals
Peewee AE - Whitby Wildcats Blue
Minor Bantam AE - Oakville Rangers
Bantam AE - Halton Hills Thunder

A very big thank you to Jodi Metcalfe and the entire Tournament Committee for all of their hard work and tireless efforts.  A Tournament of this caliber does not run itself, and requires the expertise and dedication of our amazing volunteers.  Many thanks to you all for giving your time so freely, so that our Nighthawks were able to showcase their skills in front of their hometown crowd!
