NHL/NHLPA First Shift
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Tue 07 23, 19
The NHL/NHLPA First Shift Hockey Program is back for another year!

Our ever popular and successful First Shift program is set to begin; October 16th and is now open for registration.  As in the past - spaces fill up quick - so don't delay!

If your child is between 6-10years of age and has NEVER registered for hockey before, then they are eligible to register and attend this incredible opportunity.

*children must be born between January 1, 2009 and March 1, 2014

The goal of the First Shift program is to help remove some of the barriers that exist with hockey and give everyone an opportunity to try out and fall in love with Canadas favourite sport.

Their focus is on making the experience;  affordable, manageable, safe and fun!

For $199, each participant will receive head to toe Bauer Equipment, 12 on ice sessions (Saturday mornings), a Welcome Event including expert fitting for equipment.

This program receives rave reviews across the country and has been embraced wholeheartedly by the Nighthawks Association.

Jaclyn Diminie has joined our team as the Head Instructor and Jamie Cavanaugh will be the Assistant Lead.  If you are interested in assisting as an on-ice helper (must be Coach 1 Certified with Respect in Sport or be a current player over 14 years of age) please email our Director of Development; Adam Holzmann.
