AGM is Tomorrow!
Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) will take place tomorrow evening at 6pm, at the Cameco Room in the CCC.
Be sure to arrive early so that you can sign in. Once the meeting begins, the doors will be shut and no late comers will be allowed in to participate.
Every member in good standing, all lifetime members and coaches within the NMHA are invited to attend.
We will discuss the financial reports from last season, address any new business, review and vote on proposed Bylaw Amendments, Letters of Understandings and elect a new Executive Committee.
The AGM is a place for people to be heard, and for you to provide your input. I have mentioned it many times to you all, that this is YOUR organization, and the Executive Committee should reflect your wants and needs. The only way to make this happen, is to; show up and have your say, to communicate with your Executive throughout the season and I cant emphasize this enough - ASK QUESTIONS!
