Winter finally seems to be retreating and Spring and Summer activities are taking precedent in most of our minds!
I just want to send out another reminder about our deadlines that are quickly approaching so that you aren't left missing anything.

April 15th midnight: Deadline to nominate individuals for Presidents Award.
Our organization is one solely based on volunteers. Each Executive member, coach, manager, trainer, convenor, timekeeper and referee coordinator, banquet and tournament helpers etc... are ALL volunteers. Our President would like to acknowledge an outstanding volunteer who goes above and beyond and exemplifies the true values of our organization. Please consider nominating a deserving individual to be recognized.
April 21st midnight: Deadline to purchase Try Out Passports online
Tryouts are literally right around the corner. Be sure to purchase your Tryout Passport in advance to save money and to help the process go as smooth and as orderly as possible.
April 24th 6pm: ByLaw Ammendment Submissions Due
Have you read our ByLaws? Do you feel that something needs to be changed, omitted or even replaced to help us run more effectively? If so, please submit your suggestions for amendments so that we can review and vote at the AGM.
April 27th 5pm: Rep Banquet at Lions Centre (details on the calendar)

May 8th 6pm: Executive Nomination Deadline
The NMHA is guided by your Executive Committee. These elected individuals should collectively represent the membership fairly and impartially. If you know an individual that would like to run for a position, or a current executive that you would like to re-nominate - please do! It is an important process, that ensures that everyone has a voice.
May 22nd 6pm: AGM, CCC, Cameco Room
This is the grand finale of the season. It is a time to discuss our previous season and its successes, review bylaw amendments and to elect an Executive Committee for the 2019/2020 season. If you are a member in good standing, we would love to have you, and hear your voice!
