The Northumberland Minor Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 7th, 2020, 6:00pm at the CCC.
All members "in good standing" with the NMHA, including rostered coaches and Lifetime Members are welcome to attend.
The AGM serves to give our membership an opportunity to meet together and review the proposed budget, discuss any proposed by-law amendments as well as to elect a new Executive Committee.
In advance of the AGM, we allow our members to nominate individuals for Executive positions.
If you feel that you know someone that would serve our organization well and would agree to stand for a position, you can complete the

Should you want to submit any By-Law Amendments, you can do so by following our
ONLINE BY-LAW AMENDMENT FORM.
By-Law Amendments will be due by midnight on
September 7th, 2020 .
Executive Position Nominations will be due by midnight on
September 23rd, 2020.
All of those nominees that have accepted a nomination (in accordance with our by-laws), will be posted to the website on September 30th, 2020. The vote will take place at the AGM.
