D7 Skills Competition
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Wednesday, January 30, 2019
The NHL players were not the only ones with a Skills Competition this past weekend!

Our gung ho D7 players hit the ice and participated in their own version of the big event, including fastest lap, accurate passing and target shots, agility skate and skill handling drills.

The Nighthawks each took a turn showcasing their skills that they have been working on all season, and gave their crowd of fans an exciting afternoon.

If this event is any indiction of this groups future successes, the Nighthawks are going to be represented very well!

Kudos to the coaches for organizing such a fun, team building event for your players.  Hockey is about so much more than practices and games and your crew has been embracing the FUN all season, and building life long hockey players because of it!
