Minor Peewee Hockey Fest Champions!
Submitted By Michelle Brown on Thursday, December 20, 2018
The Home Hardware Minor Peewee AA kids are all smiles after a very successful showing in the Oshawa Hockey Fest Tournament on December 9th.

They went undefeated in the Round robin with 3 strong wins.  The team showed great resilience and determination with a late 3rd period comeback in the Semi-finals to advance past the Don Mills Mustangs with a 3-2 win.  In the finals they had a rematch with an extremely strong Clarington Toros who is ranked #4 in Ontario.   The kids came out on top defeating the Toros 4-2 to win the championship trophy!

This group has been working hard as a complete team as of late with strong contributions from all 17 players.

Well Done Nighthawks!
