Rep Coach Surveys
The NMHA Executive will be posting a call of interest for Coaches for the 2017/18 Season very early in the new year.
As part of our review process, we seek information from our parent group that may offer insight into our current coaches and help us with our decision making in future years.
Surveys have been sent to all team manager and you should be receiving yours soon.
Completed surveys can be placed in a
sealed envelope marked
"NMHA FEEDBACK FORM" and the team they are from.
Forms can either be slid under the NMHA office door or left at the front desk of the CCC to be placed in our mailbox.
