Non Resident Players (NRP's) are permitted to tryout for U12AA, U13AA, U14AA, U15AA and U16AA teams but not the A teams.
As we are about to begin another tryout season this is just a reminder of the process for NRP families.
The
NMHA Tryout Passports are NOT to be purchased by NRP's,
EXCEPT if an NRP played on a Nighthawks AA team last season.
IF your player did play with us for the 2023/24 season they are able to purchase a Tryout passport so they can participate in the Body Contact Clinics (U14/U15 only) and/or the pre-tryout skates.
NRP's will need an OMHA approved "NRP" passport to attend the Northumberland Nighthawks AA tryouts.
To obtain one of these passports please contact your Home Centre (OMHA representative). Please be sure to include our NMHA OMHA Centre contact email address in your NRP request to your home centre -

NRP Cost is $25 for each tryout session they participate in. CASH payment will be collected upon arrival at the door for each tryout session you attend. An NMHA Executive member will also be checking in all players prior to going on the ice.
