The NMHA is pleased to be offering three 1 hr Body Contact on ice sessions for all players that will be trying out for the U14 AA or A teams.

If a player is thinking of trying out for U15 AA/A or U16AA/A and did not play on a U14AA or U15AA/A teams during the 2023/24 season.  The Body Contact sessions are not mandatory but we strongly recommend that all players complete 3 of these Body Contact sessions that the NMHA is offering (included in the Tryout passport cost)
