Members of good standing are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The following items will be discussed, wrap up the 2022/23 season including the review of our financial statement, vote on any new the BY - Law amendments (see below), 2023/24 season update. plus to elect the 2023/24 Executive Committee.
AGM will be on Wednesday May 17th from 6:30-8pm at the CCC.
If you feel that you know someone that would serve our organization well in an Executive position you can nominate them by completing the ONLINE NOMINATION FORM. Due by midnight on May 3, 2023
Should you wish to submit any By-Law Amendments, you can do so by following our
ONLINE BY-LAW AMENDMENT FORM. Submissions for By-Law changes are due by Midnight on April 17, 2023
