The NMHA is looking to find out if there are any players (age 14 +) that are interesting in taking the training course to become an on ice official. There is a severe shortage of referees/linesmen across Canada. We need more young experienced players to get involved beyond playing the game.
The NMHA is looking into have the on/off ice Introduction to Officiating Training done in Northumberland sometime in Aug or Sept(depending on Trainers availability). In order to do this we would at least 20 kids. Again this is only open to kids that are 14 years old or older.
