Northumberland Minor Hockey

Thinking about attending tryouts for next season? Northumberland Minor Hockey Association is offering Prep Skates for all ages U8-U18 and body checking clinics for players entering body checking for the first time. NOTE: on the NMHA calendar, prep skates appear as "MD" or "AA" skates, but are available to ALL players, of all levels, who played NMHA this season. You can disregard the AA and MD designations. 

Our U8 MD Northumberland Nighthawks ended their season playing what Head Coach, Mike Whelan called "their best hockey of the season" at the Lakeshore League Jamboree, last weekend. The kids sharpened their skates and their skills as they faced teams from Quinte West, Oshawa Red, Orono and Otonabee.  CONGRATULATIONS to our U8 MD players and coaches on a successful season!

As House League season comes to a close, Playoff times for teams playing in the finals are posted online and Banquet Schedule for Saturday, March 7, 2026 is as follows:
