Wow what a weekend it was - this team rose the challenge and more last weekend. Round Robin saw our Nighthawks play against the Barrie Colts, Niagara Falls Flyers and the Orangeville Flyers and won all 3 round robin games, Semi Final game against the Milton Winterhawks early Sunday morning was another big win for us against Milton in a 2-1 victory, which took us to the Championship game on Sunday afternoon against the Newmarket Renegades. 

Final practice of the season completed, team haircuts complete, hockey bags packed, and the trip East to Kingston for the weekend is underway. The time has finally come for the biggest hockey weekend of their minor hockey career.   Lets do this U16AA Nighthawks 💙🖤🏒🥅

Saturday nights game had us in Oshawa! Great win (3-1) for the team.  Player of the game with 1 goal is #8 Ben Laird.

Trainer Duane Durham loves his Toronto Maple Leafs so Drax and Braxton both bet Duane that the Leafs would lose when they played against the Bruins (Drax's Team) and Hurricanes (Braxton's Team). Leafs beat the  Bruins 2-1 on Nov 5 and also beat the Canes 3-1 on Nov 6! Looking good in a Leaf jersey Drax & Brax!

Remembrance Day Game at the CCC against Peterborough. 9-4 victory for the Nighthawks.  Player of the Game was our Captain #16 Hunter Wright with 2 assists in the game.
