AAA Permission to Skate Requests
Anyone who is wanting to attend AAA Tryouts will need to obtain a Permission to Skate (PTS) form in advance.
Please fill our this request before April 7th so that our OMHA Centre Contact; Jackie Verge can have it completed for you and ready for
pick up on April 8th, between 6-8pm at the CCC - NMHA Office.
