All players wishing to try out for AAA hockey, must complete a
Permission to Skate (PTS) form.
Forms must be completed online, in advance of April 4th, 2018, then picked up, in person at the
CCC, Tournament room on April 5th, between 6-8pm.
Along with the PTS form, players need to complete their
2018/2019 Registration forms, and bring them to the in person pick up along with a post dated cheque for $200 made payable to NMHA, dated April 28th (start of NMHA AA tryouts).
