For those looking to attend AAA and JR tryouts, please be aware that you need to have your Permission to Skate Forms.
1. Please complete the following
application form.
2. The PTS form will be available for pick-up on April 5th, 6-8pm at CCC.
- bring a post dated cheque for $200 dated April 24th
