Notice to Members
Attention members:
On December 21st, a motion was passed by the Board to add to section 5.15 in the NMHA Manual of Operations. The addition to section 5.15 is effective immediately and reads as follows;
If
a volunteer is criminally charged or under criminal investigation as
defined by the OMHA Manual of Operations, he or she is to disclose
this information to the Risk Management Director and/or the President
immediately.
