2006 U18AA and U18A player appreciation
Our 2006 AA and A Nighthawks plus families received a little extra attention and recognition as they played their final Round 1 playoff games on home ice in a Nighthawks jersey.
It is most certainly a bittersweet moment realizing that the days of rushing meals, packing the hockey bag, taping sticks and making sure nothing is forgotten before heading out to the arena are coming to end. It's a way of life for everyone that loves the game of hockey as hockey parents will do just about anything anything to support their talented minor hockey player.
The NMHA would like to send our sincere thank you to the dedicated coaches and parents of these players and teams. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and I am certain the boys are forever grateful for your help along the way and throughout the last 14 yr journey!
I'm not going to lie, I did see a few tears from the dedicated hockey moms and dads as the boys received their flowers and took a photos with their families and teams at the CCC Bowl.
