TIES IN SEMI-FINAL AND CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES:If at the end of regulation time the score is tied, the teams will take a one (1) minute rest at their benches and the following shall apply: |

The teams will not change ends. |

No timeouts can be called by the coaches. |

|
3. |
First team that scores in the overtime period is declared the winner. |
|
|
4. |
There will be a five (5) minute sudden victory overtime period with any penalties incurred in the final period and not fully served carrying over into the overtime period. |

In the event the game is still tied after the five (5) minute overtime period there will be a three player shoot out.
Prior to each game in the Semi-Finals and Championship, the respective coaches will identify on the game sheet the three players who are to participate in the shootout. A coach may replace one of the identified shooters if the player has been previously injured and is not participating in the game. The three players from each team will participate in the shootout, with the teams alternating. The team with the most goals at the conclusion of the three shootout rounds will be declared the winner. A player that is serving a penalty shall not be eligible to participate in the shoot-out. If this situation arises, the penalized team shall select an alternate player. The Home Team will proceed first in the shootout.

If at the end of the initial shootout a winner has not been declared, then the balance of the roster for each team will commence with the shootout. The teams will alternate in the shootout with the first team to gain a goal advantage will be declared the winner. The three players from each team that participated in the initial shootout cannot compete until all other players on the roster (except the goalies) have participated. A player that is serving a penalty shall not be eligible to participate in the shoot-out. The Home Team will proceed first in the shootout. The team with least number of players on their roster will determine when the teams can start their shooters over. |

If at the end of the team shootout a tie continues, the teams will undertake another shootout in the form outlined in Clause F until a winner is declared. |

A team cannot replace its goaltender for the shootout unless the player has been injured. |
