Northumberland Minor Hockey

“Grace Bowen was an outgoing, determined, and passionate young girl whose love for hockey could not be measured,” a note reads on the Northumberland Wild’s website. Although she lost her battle to cancer in 2015, at just nine years of age, her spirit and passion for the game of hockey, will now live on, inside the walls of the Cobourg Community Centre, when the Pond Arena will be renamed to honour Grace.

Please be advised that we will not be icing a U18BB team; the tryouts that were scheduled are hereby canceled. 

NMHA is in need of House League Convenors for U7 and U9 divisions. You don’t have to have a player on the ice with us, in these divisions, in order to volunteer for this role. You just need a passion for helping out, some basic computer and organizational skills and understanding of hockey.  

Due to lack of players, we will no longer be icing a U18A team for the 2025-26 season.  Instead, we are now offering tryouts for U18BB in it's place. 

The Northumberland Nighthawks U18AA team has a new coach! Mike Williams has been selected to take over the head coaching position for the Northumberland Nighthawks U18 AA team (2025-26 season).
