Throughout the 2021/2022 season you will be able to find all of the NMHA documents that relate to COVID-19 

As the situation evolves and we move throughout the stages, these documents will be updated and posted in this section. We will advise team officials when updates are made and in turn they will communicate with their team.


It is very important that parents, players and volunteers understand how they play a critical role in the safety for everyone during the 2021-22 season.

Before this season begins, please be sure to adjust your expectations for this seasons and embrace that our focus will be on skill development, fun and safety.  Abiding by all of the rules set out by Hockey Canada, the OMHA, the NMHA and our local facilities will help to ensure that our players safety is paramount.

Ontario Self Screening Check list - we ask that all parents are self screening your player prior to leaving for a scheduled ice time (practice or game) - similar to what you would do on a school day with your child(ren).  If you child is not feeling well or has any of the symptom in this check list please do not send them to hockey.  Let the coach or manager know with as much advanced notice as possible.

Cobourg Community Centre- Bowl and Pond 
Masks must be worn by all individuals that enter the facility.  Spectators must show proof ID and 2nd COVID 19 Vaccination upon entry to the facility.  Then please proceed to the CCC check in with a CCC staff member - they will take your name and phone #.

Instructions for Teams/Coaches - teams can enter the facility 30 min prior to scheduled Ice Time as a team

 - Coaches are responsible for their team from the time they meet out front on the sidewalk for check in until they leave the facility as a group
 - Masks must be worn at all times (properly) from the meet area out front until each individual leaves the facility (except when Coaches/Players have a helmet on for their scheduled ice time).
-No Pre-game warm-ups are permitted indoors

QR Code for Covid Screening - to be completed prior to Entering the Jack Burger Sports Complex.
Please follow the instructions on the App and once you receive a Green Check Mark ✅ you can enter, show the Arena Staff/Security Guard and also show ID and Proof of Vaccination.

 - Coaches are responsible for their team from the time they meet out front on the sidewalk for check in until they leave the facility as a group
 - Masks must be worn at all times (properly) from the meet area out front until each individual leaves the facility (except when Coaches/Players have a helmet on for their scheduled ice time).   
 - Coach is responsible to keep the team in their dressing room until the ice time starts (ie 6pm, go out at 6pm).  Please do not line up along the boards or in the dressing room hallway while the Zamboni is cleaning the ice. Follow the proper flow of the dressing room hall to the end of the hall and go on the ice at the corner under the score clock as a team.  
-All teams and spectators are to leave at the arena at Centre Ice through the Referee doors
